Javier and Anjelina serve as founders and lead pastors at Proximity Church. They met at Oral Roberts University, where they both earned their respective degrees. In 2004, they married and moved to Orlando, Florida. They served at Centro Internacional De La Familia in a variety of ministry roles, including 8 years as youth pastors. In 2015, they launched Proximity Church with the vision of helping people discover God‘s Unconditional Love, the blessing of Christian community and the power of walking in God’s purpose. Anjelina serves at Cru as Associate Director of Training & Sending. Javier serves at Odyssey Middle School as Administrative Dean. They live in East Orlando with their three children.
